STANDARD PRICING.

Some companies use "Flat Rate" pricing. Check the flat rate software websites. It's not the best deal for the customer.
It is impossible to place prices for every condition and situation here, however, easier repairs are cheaper.
Our pricing is pretty straight forward. Here is what you can expect.
No Gimmicks! (how many other companies post their prices?)

Service Call (in area) $60. That includes the first 30 minutes labor. (A free or $29 service call our competitors offer will cost you alot more than that.-Gimmick)

Check Additional Units: $40 each

Out of area charges .25 p/mile round trip from Wylie. (Based on fuel prices at 10 miles per gallon)

Additional Labor $80 p/hr ( broken into 1/4 hour increments)

R-22 Refrigerant (freon) $2. p/oz

R 410A Refrigerant (freon) $2. p/oz

Major Repair Labor Charges: Parts and equipment not included.
(it takes alot of special equipment for this stuff)

Coil Cleaning $80

Replace and set up a condenser $300.

Replace a Furnace $300

Replace an evaporator coil $300

Residential Labor is Tax-Free. Only businesses in Texas must pay tax on labor.
